Responsibilities
- Self-generate leads, appointments, and referrals through proactive outreach.
- Attend and close sales appointments set by Telemarketing and your own efforts.
- Collaborate with the Head of Seminars to craft and execute quarterly plans.
- Build relationships with referral partners and potential introducers.
- Achieve quarterly sales targets while managing your pipeline with precision.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of proven success in a B2B sales environment.
- Confidence in value-based and consultative selling approaches.
- Ability to connect with diverse audiences, from Business Owners to HR Managers and Boards of Directors.
