From cutting-edge readers, credentials and controllers, to mobile and biometric technologies, HID PACS empowers organizations worldwide to protect their people, property and assets with scalable, high-quality solutions.This is more than just a job – it’s your chance to join an industry leader to drive innovation in access control and make a real impact on global security solutions.**As our Warehouse Team Lead , you’ll support HID’s success by:*** Must comply with SOPs and work instructions related to job function.* Will be held accountable to performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Accuracy, Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).* Main point of contact for shipping inquiries for internal customers.* Works collaboratively with peers and internal customers.* Contributes to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance.* Proactively logs and escalates potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies.* Participate in root cause, corrective / preventive action activities as required.* Maintains inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock; recording location of inventory.* Locates materials and supplies by pulling and verifying the correct parts, quantities and serial numbers that customers requests.* Load and unload delivery trucks and make sure that each incoming delivery matches the company purchase order.* Assist in reviewing pick sheets based on customer orders and then pulling the right products for each order.* Move freight and stock to and from loading docks, delivery vehicles, storage areas, and production areas either manually or using equipment such as forklifts.* Ensure the highest levels of accuracy in Oracle and shipping software transactions.* Plans layout of stockroom, warehouse, and other storage areas, considering safety, turnover, size, weight, sub-inventory, replenishment methods, visual organization and related factors of items stored.* Advises employees on safe use and operation of equipment, behaviors and requirements for safety in the warehouse.* Advises employees on care and preservation of items received and stored; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, counting, maintaining, and issuing stock; and related matters.* Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.* Organizes and schedules work for cycle count and periodic inventories.* Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.* Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.* Assigns duties and examines work for accuracy, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.* Studies and standardizes procedures to improve safety and efficiency of subordinates.* Enters data and generates reports based upon individual entries or issues by subordinates.**Your Experience and Background include*** Minimum 3 years of International and complex shipping experience.* Minimum 3 years of Warehouse and Picking operations experience.* Minimum high school diploma, or equivalent.* Must possesses the ability to work at a fast pace with very high attention to detail.* Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.* Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment* Accepts and embraces constant change as a necessary factor to success* Must be familiar with Trade compliance policies for international shipments.**What we can offer you:*** Competitive salary and rewards package* Competitive benefits and annual leave offering, allowing for work-life balance* A vibrant, welcoming & inclusive culture* Extensive career development opportunities and resources to maximize your potential* To be a part of a global organization that is pioneering the hardware, software and services that allow people to confidently navigate the physical and digital worlds* **Empowerment:** You’ll work as part of a global team in a flexible work environment, learning and enhancing your expertise.
