We're on the lookout for an enthusiastic and driven German-speaking Business Development Specialist to help us power the next phase of our growth. As the first voice our future clients hear, you’ll play a vital role in our success—laying the groundwork for strong customer relationships and new business opportunities.
What You’ll Be Doing Collaborate closely with experienced Account Executives to build and execute impactful prospecting strategies
Identify high-potential companies that can benefit from our solutions
Craft, test, and refine outreach messaging across various industries, channels, and buyer personas
Identify and qualify leads that align with our ideal customer profile
What We’re Looking For Fluency in German and English
1+ year of experience in a BDR/SDR role (inbound or outbound)
A motivated self-starter with a passion for exceeding goals
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Curious, coachable, and eager to grow your career in SaaS sales
What’s In It For You OTE 67,000 in your first year (Base salary: 43,500)
Hybrid work model – 2 days/week remote
