We are looking forExperienced Bar and Waiting Team Members to join our Team. Full and part-timepositions are also on offer. Day-time hours, Evening Work and Weekends-Only Available too. PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: To deliver the highest quality of beverage and food service standards in our Gastrobar and Hotel. To always strive to exceed the expectations of customers within the hotel and the Gastrobar in a pleasant and efficient manner. To ensure consistent and exceptional service within the team and for our valued customers. To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures. To always maximise sales and revenue in the F&B outlets. To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION: Previous experience working in a busy bar, hotel or F&B outlet is essential. Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills is essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative. Strong Customer Focus essential. Self-motivated and task orientated. Attention to detail. A high level of English is required.
