An excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a high-spec hotel project in Dublin 8. This is a key role within a dynamic team, offering the chance to manage a fast-paced development from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is carried out safely, on time, and to a high standard.
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Monitor progress against program and report to senior management.
- Enforce health, safety, and environmental standards on site.
- Oversee quality control, ensuring all work is completed to spec.
- Liaise with project stakeholders, design teams, and consultants as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Site Manager role, ideally on commercial or hotel developments.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Irish building regulations and health & safety standards.
- Relevant construction qualification and up-to-date safety certs (e.g., SMSTS, CIF, Safe Pass, etc.).
