On behalf of my client, we aim to hire the best candidates in the industry to join our growing and already well-established teams nationwide. Due to continued expansion, we now require an M&E Coordinator for a role based in Dublin & Limerick.

Key Responsibilities

- M&E coordination of multiple projects in region as allocated by Operations Director
- Deliver high quality snag free projects on time and to meet tender budget margin
- Management of design build projects to meet client requirements as required
- Manage, monitor, and support site management team on M& E packages as required to meet programme, quality standards, budget, and tender margin
- Maintain high standards of health and safety at all times on all projects
- Dispute resolution if required
- Prepare Contractual claims if required
- Assist in estimating projects as directed by Operations Director and senior management
- Management of the release of final retentions on projects as allocated by Operations Director to include

- Agree snag lists with design team and Client

- Allocate snag works to be completed by subcontractors responsible

- Organize and manage company snag team to finalize snags outstanding

- Prepare contra charges for subcontractors with back up

- Ensure subcontractor retentions are not paid without contra charges

Skills and Experience

- Academically (Degree) qualified and or relevant experience in the industry
- +5 years’ experience in a M&E Coordinator role
