A well-established technology-focused company in Dublin is seeking a .NET Development Manager to lead a growing team of C# engineers. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to combine hands-on technical involvement with leadership and strategic influence.
This position offers a hybrid model , with 1 day per week required on-site in their modern Dublin city centre office.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor a team of .NET developers working on enterprise-grade software solutions
Remain hands-on where needed, overseeing architecture, code quality, and delivery standards
Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders across product, QA, and DevOps
Drive continuous improvement in development practices, team performance, and delivery timelines
SQL Server, Entity Framework
Required Experience: 7+ years of experience in .NET development
Proven leadership or management experience within a software engineering team
Strong understanding of modern software architecture and cloud-based delivery
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Package: Flexible hours with 1 day hybrid
