Job Title: Principal Business Analyst - Life/400 Location: Dublin (Hybrid) Salary: 110-115K DOE + benefits package About the Role Hiring on behalf of a client seeking a recognised Life & Pensions authority to act as the primary Business Lead on a high-profile Life/400 discovery and migration programme for a major Irish insurer. This is a client-facing, business-critical role where you'll own the discovery outcomes, shape the target operating model, and ensure the migration foundation is rock-solid. Key Responsibilities Act as the single point of business authority for the Life/400 programme. Lead client workshops to capture, challenge, and validate business requirements and processes. Document current and target business capabilities, processes, and information models. Provide deep subject-matter expertise on Life & Pensions products (traditional & unit-linked) and Life/400 / Integral Life Classic systems. Shape business cases, transformation roadmaps, and migration strategies. Ensure full traceability of requirements from discovery through to delivery. Bridge business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, resolving gaps and conflicts. Identify and drive process optimisation and modernisation opportunities. Contribute to programme governance and mentor junior resources. Requirements Extensive Life & Pensions domain expertise with hands-on experience of Life/400 or Integral Life Classic platforms. Proven track record as Business Lead / Senior BA / Business Architect on large-scale insurance transformation or migration programmes. Strong experience working directly with Irish insurance clients and familiarity with the local market. Expert at modelling business processes and defining target operating models. Outstanding stakeholder management - comfortable leading workshops with C-suite and operational teams. Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills. Knowledge of Policy Data Loader (PDL), Product Data Loader (PDG), or similar migration tools highly desirable. Exposure to SAFe, Scrum, or hybrid delivery environments a plus.
