About the Role

As a Seasonal Merchandiser with Coca-Cola HBC, you will be responsible for showcasing our full portfolio – including Coca-Cola, Fanta, Deep RiverRock, Fruice, Costa, and Premium Spirits – across our customers’ stores. Your role is key in ensuring products are always available, well-presented, and executed to the highest merchandising standards, particularly during the busy summer Staycation period.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver best-in-class merchandising standards across all Coca-Cola HBC product categories.

Execute store layout plans while maintaining strong on-shelf availability and stock levels across chilled and ambient display units.

Partner with Business Developers to implement merchandising and execution plans.

Support stock management, including ordering and replenishment of Coca-Cola HBC products.

Build and maintain positive relationships with key store personnel.

Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Perform physical aspects of the role, including regular lifting of light to heavy stock and equipment.

What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a customer-facing role.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
