Together, we advance your career. 2026 Finance Placement Intern As an AMD intern, you'll be placed at the epicenter of the AI ecosystem, working alongside experts and industry pioneers. You'll do important work, learn new skills, expand your network, and gain real-world experience on projects that impact millions of end-users worldwide. Whether you're an undergrad or a PhD student, your contributions matter-and your experience here will be a launchpad for what comes next. JOB DETAILS: Location: Dublin, Ireland Onsite/Hybrid: This role requires the student to work full time onsite from the Dublin office throughout the duration of the intern term. Duration: Students must be available to start on June 1st 2026 and finish on July 9th 2027 WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING: As an intern, you can immediately contribute to AMD's next generation of technology innovations. With AMD, you can get hands-on experience that will give you a competitive edge in the workforce. This unique role involves being part of a EMEA Accounting team based in Dublin. You will assist in several areas of month end accounting including Cash & bank, General ledger, support of statutory audit and management reporting. This role is an exciting opportunity to participate in a fast paced, dynamic team which has a can-do attitude and a focus on learning and development. This role will suit a second year Finance / Accountancy student who wants to gain industry experience for their third year of study. Processing bank transactions into the general ledger an preparation of the monthly bank reconciliations Support general ledger team during month-end close process Preparation of specific balance sheet reconciliations Preparation of monthly reports for management review Support team during local statutory audits Exposure to process improvement projects and system implementations WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: You are currently enrolled in an Ireland based university a program majoring in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
