Overview
Working as an Industrial Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for developing relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and providing solutions through our industrial supply products. This role will involve working in a warehouse environment as well as traveling to Fastenal customers around the country to make sales calls and deliveries.
Apart from on-the-job training, Fastenal also provides access to our own business school for all employees as well as an unprecedented level of freedom to make your own decisions and drive sales from day one on the job.
As part of our comprehensive and structured onboarding program, the selected candidate will have the exciting opportunity to travel extensively around the island of Ireland during the first three to four months, gaining valuable hands-on experience and deep insights into our sales processes, customers, and operations.
