This role serves the US region and requires 100% coverage to work with US teams, hence expected working hours are from 02:00 PM to 10:00 PM Dublin time.

We are seeking a highly-skilled and experienced Marketing Cloud Architect to join our Marketing Automation team. The role involves working closely with brand teams, understanding various data sources, building data ingestion pipelines, and designing future-proof data models that support data visualization and insights.

The role involves working closely with brand teams, understanding various data sources, building data ingestion pipelines, and designing future-proof data models that support data visualization and insights.

Key Responsibilities:

- Help internal customers identify key metrics to support business goals and gather the data supporting those metrics.
- Architect and design Salesforce solutions using Marketing Cloud Intelligence (Datorama), ensuring scalable and efficient solutions for business needs.
- Conduct feasibility studies, define new data streams in MCI, and ensure timely data refresh cycles.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, perform feasibility checks in MCI, and develop new reporting capabilities while overseeing the development of optimization reports.
- Work with and train business users to help developers build effective data ingestion pipelines, data models, and visualizations.
- Possess deep technical skills to explain tool capabilities and delve into specific functions and interoperability across technical, martech, and adtech systems.
- Provide requirements for visualizations to data analysts for report and dashboard development that highlight key metrics.
- Develop best practices and processes for metrics, data management, and data visualization based on experience; stay updated on Salesforce releases and updates.
- Manage direct and indirect reports as needed, working within a matrixed global organization.

Essential Requirements:

- 7-10 years of experience in analytics, consulting, or enterprise software, with demonstrated stakeholder management skills.
- 5+ years' experience in Salesforce, focusing on solution architecture.
- Proficiency in Datorama, Salesforce configurations, and Marketing Cloud.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong interpersonal and analytical abilities.
- Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers; effective presentation skills.
- Knowledge of the Data Engineering & Business Intelligence ecosystem.
- Salesforce MCI certification; familiarity with other SF platform certifications like PD1, PD2 is a plus.
- Familiarity with AppExchange deployment, Flow, Aura components, and Lightning Web Components is advantageous.

Percentage of Work:

- 25% - Interacting with internal customers, gathering requirements, communicating progress, and delivering outcomes.
- 25% - MCI development, identifying data streams, metrics, and data model architecture to meet business objectives.
- 25% - Reporting and insights projects using Salesforce tools such as Marketing Intelligence, CRM Analytics, Qlik, and data engineering platforms like Snowflake, Databricks, SF Data Cloud, Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure, along with ETL tools like Mulesoft.
- 15% - Providing thought leadership on reporting best practices.
- 10% - Identifying growth opportunities for personal and professional development.
