Job Title:Stocktaker Food & Beverage Location:Central Dublin & Greater Dublin Area Salary:€35,000 €45,000 (potential to earn more) About the Role: We are currently seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Stocktaker with a strong background in Food & Beverage to join our growing team. Based in Central Dublin and covering multiple locations in the Greater Dublin area this is an exciting opportunity for someone coming from a hospitality background who is ready to take the next step in their career. The ideal candidate will have previously worked as a Food & Beverage Manager, Bar Manager, or in a similar hospitality role, and will bring hands-on experience in stock control, ordering, supplier liaison, and cost control. Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage stock levels across multiple sites, ensuring accuracy and consistency Conduct regular stocktakes and reconciliations Monitor wastage and implement systems to reduce loss and improve efficiency Identify and report any discrepancies or stock issues Track and report on usage, trends, and variances in F&B inventory Work closely with operations teams to forecast demand and optimise ordering Collaborate with management to maintain stockroom standards and ensure compliance with food safety regulations Support the setup of new clients with initial stock setups and supplier arrangements Travel between sites as required, with mileage/travel covered as expenses Ideal Candidate Profile: Proven experience in hospitality, ideally in a Food & Beverage Manager or Bar Manager role Strong organisational and time-management skills Excellent understanding of stock control procedures, ordering systems, and cost management Strong analytical and reporting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Full clean driving licence would be ideal to travel between sites but not necessary.
