Salary: €28,500- €36,000 DOE – Uncapped Commission – Pension - Healthcare – Mobile Phone Plan – Sponsorship for Insurance Exams – Hybrid – Up to 24 days AL after service – Sports and Social events – Performance Based Incentives – Cycle to work – Wellness initiatives

The Role:


Take inbound and outbound calls to assist new and existing clients.
Work towards set individual and team KPI’s on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.
Ensure compliance and GDPR is followed at all times.
Follow and deliver the company’s quality standards.
Work in a strong / inclusive team environment.
Work in conjunction with marketing projects.
Work in a busy / fast paced environment.


Experience / Education:


Previous experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment.
APA / Insurance qualifications are desirable but not essential.
Work well under pressure with a view to hitting sales targets.
A strong interest in sales.
Organisation details and a strong attention to detail.
