Facilities Management Maintenance Operative

Base Location: Dublin (SSE Ireland Headquarters, Red Oak South) Salary: €38,400 - €57,600 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family. Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time Clean Driving License is required. The role To provide support to the FM Site Manager by contributing towards the statutory compliance and safety of designated SSE sites through the delivery of maintenance/service/repairs and installation to a variety of basic building services. You will - Maintenance & Compliance: Support planned and reactive maintenance tasks on building systems to ensure statutory compliance. - Safety First: Follow all SHE and FM procedures, promoting proactive safety management and compliance with legislation. - Customer Service: Build strong relationships with stakeholders, delivering timely and reliable FM services. - Team Collaboration: Work closely with FM teams and assist contractors to meet KPI targets and operational goals. - Efficiency & Improvement: Prioritise tasks effectively, support continuous improvement, and maintain accurate records in CAFM systems. You will have - Previous experience working in a Facilities Management environment. - Previous experience delivering handyman/maintenance related tasks in a commercial/light industrial environment. - A good understanding of health and safety legislative requirements. - A good understanding of IT software systems i.e. CAFM, Microsoft Office etc. About SSE 'SSE has a bold ambition - to be a leading energy company in a net zero world.
