Concrete Foreman Cork (3 Positions) Location: Cork City Centre & Carrigtwohill, Co. Cork Employment Type: Full-Time | Long-Term Contract Project Duration: Approx. 2 years Projects: Project 1 €70M high-rise residential scheme (24, 12 & 9 storey blocks) Project 2 €40M+ refurbishment of listed building with exposed RC structure Project 3 €70M+ new-build innovation facility with significant RC works Our client, a Tier 1 contractor, is seeking three experienced Concrete Foremen to lead RC frame delivery on major projects in Cork. These are long-term roles on high-profile builds with full turnkey scope. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate all concrete and RC frame activities on-site Manage direct labour and subcontractors to ensure safe, high-quality execution Plan daily works and ensure programme milestones are met Maintain high standards of site safety and quality control Liaise with site engineers and project managers on progress and logistics Oversee formwork, rebar, pours, and finishing works Ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and architectural finishes Requirements Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman on large-scale RC projects Strong understanding of formwork systems, rebar, and concrete finishing Ability to lead teams and drive productivity Knowledge of Irish or EU construction standards Excellent communication and organisational skills If you possess the required qualifications and experience, and are eager to take on a challenging role as a Concrete Foreman we encourage you to apply by submitting your CV via the link provided or call Lucas for more information.
