Switchboard Operator

As a Switchboard Operator, you are a valued member of our front-of-house team, youll be the friendly voice connecting guests to the services they need often their very first impression of our hotel. Key Responsibilities: Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally Handle internal and external inquiries with courtesy and accuracy Manage wake-up call requests and guest messaging services Coordinate communication between departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, front desk) Maintain accurate records of calls and messages Assist with emergency communication procedures when necessary Requirements: Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure Previous hotel or call center experience preferred Familiarity with switchboard or multi-line phone systems a plus Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays What We Offer: Competitive hourly wage Friendly, team-oriented environment Opportunities for training and advancement Staff discounts and perks Benefits: Additional leave Employee discount Food allowance On-site gym On-site parking Work Location: In person Benefits: Parking Gym meal Staff Discounts
