Hyundai Cars?Ireland?are currently looking to recruit a Technical Trainer to join our expanding team. We have an exciting opportunity for a focused and dynamic Technical Trainer to help shape our learning culture within a challenging, fast paced and highly regulated environment. Working as part of our training team, the Technical Trainer will be involved in all aspects of technical training from design to delivery, developing to become an integral part of our team and help drive our continual learning culture within a challenging, fast-paced network. The successful candidate will have previous motor technical experience, be self-motivated along with the ability to work as part of team. The role will also involve, using our Learning Management System, to implement and help develop e-learning solutions for efficient training delivery. An integral part of Candidate development strategy will include a strong liaison with our Technical department to rapidly enhance ones level of technical and product knowledge. Candidates will attend Train the Trainer Certification at Hyundai Motors Europe. (HME) Candidates will attend continual development technical training courses at HME. The Role: Getting started with 6 months Hyundai product knowledge and technical development & HVT certification. Get involved and aid with delivery of all tech level courses. Help out with mainstream training courses e.g. running two practical groups simultaneously (group training) Develop low level tech programmes e.g. SA Automotive technology (micro learnings or by topic) Develop a working knowledge of the management side of the LMS. Moving on to delivery of generic courses starting with Hyundai Induction and SDP 1 module delivery where gaps have been analyzed. Deliver EV Technology and High Voltage Certification to our Hyundai network technicians Attend Hyundai Motors Europe Technical center for training on new model, High Voltage and diagnostic courses. Keep ahead of emerging technology and introduce through training to our network technicians. About You: You will bring a strong technical profile with demonstrated relevant multiple years of experience in Automotive, fault-finding, and diagnosis - we are flexible about the industry experience you bring. You will have a minimum of National Craft Cert or equivalent. High Voltage experience an asset but not essential. Willing and motivated to continuously build on Hyundai product & technical knowledge. Able to work effectively in a performance driven fast paced environment. Have a strong attention to detail and able to communicate easily. Demonstrate creativity in course development and delivery methods. Have good PC skills and a knowledge of Microsoft Office Possess a full clean driving license.
