Hyundai Cars Ireland are currently looking to recruit a
Technical Trainer
to join our expanding team in Dublin, Ireland.
The role involves shaping our learning culture within a challenging, fast-paced and highly regulated environment.
Working as part of the training team, the
Technical Trainer
will be involved in all aspects of technical training from design to delivery, developing to become an integral part of our team and helping drive continual learning across our network.
Responsibilities
Engage in all aspects of technical training from design to delivery.
Get involved with delivery of all tech level courses and mainstream training courses (e.g., running multiple practical groups).
Develop low-level technical programmes (e.g., SA Automotive technology) as micro-learnings or topic-based modules.
Develop working knowledge of the management side of the Learning Management System (LMS).
Deliver Hyundai Induction and SDP 1 modules once gaps have been analyzed.
Deliver EV Technology and High Voltage Certification to Hyundai network technicians.
Attend Hyundai Motors Europe Technical Centre for training on new models, High Voltage, and diagnostic courses.
Stay ahead of emerging technology and introduce new training accordingly to network technicians.
About You
You will bring a strong technical profile with several years of automotive fault-finding and diagnosis experience (flexible about industry background).
You will have a minimum of National Craft Cert or equivalent.
High Voltage experience is an asset but not essential.
Willing and motivated to continuously build Hyundai product and technical knowledge.
Able to work effectively in a performance-driven, fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly.
Demonstrate creativity in course development and delivery methods.
Good PC skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Possess a full, clean driving licence.
