Overview We’re looking for a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our team in Dublin, expanding our reach in the EMEA region. This role involves showcasing the value of Slack to new SMB prospects and existing customers, driving adoption, and maximizing the value they gain from our platform. You will build trusted relationships and act as a guide to help businesses work in new, more efficient ways.

Key Responsibilities Drive revenue within the ESMB segment (200-400 employees) by creating, managing, and closing opportunities, while ensuring customer success with Slack.
Provide tailored recommendations based on customers’ business needs and usage patterns.
Manage multiple customer accounts at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
Foster growth by proactively reaching out to existing customers and guiding them through their journey with Slack.
Handle inbound customer communication, addressing issues related to billing, legal, security, and technical concerns.
Be the voice of the customer, gathering feedback to drive continuous improvement across all functions.
What We’re Looking For At least 2 years of experience in closing sales and driving revenue.
Fluency in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
A results-driven mindset, with a passion for achieving goals.
A knack for identifying customer needs and delivering effective solutions.
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A deep interest in increasing customer satisfaction and building lasting relationships.
