We are looking for a Talent Specialist with strong commercial recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to financial services, to join our recruitment delivery team supporting our clients across different sectors.

This role focuses on sourcing and delivering talent for our clients, with the potential to take on client-facing responsibilities as the role develops.

In this role you will partner with our delivery teams and client services team to work on roles assigned to you and develop sourcing strategies to attract and engage talent. You will take full ownership of managing your candidates through the hiring process. This role may also involve working onsite with clients as part of our delivery model, providing direct support and building strong stakeholder relationships. This is a hybrid role, typically requiring 2 days per week onsite, either in our Dublin HQ or at a client site, with flexibility for remote working on other days.

Key Responsibilities

- Work collaboratively with our internal delivery and client services teams to provide strong candidate pipelines for assigned roles.
- Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand role requirements and build targeted sourcing strategies.
- Proactively engage talent and build sustainable talent pools across commercial and financial services roles.
- Conduct screening calls and assess candidates against role requirements, with a focus on commercial and financial positions.
- Manage candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including interviews and offer management, ensuring a smooth candidate journey.
- Provide a superior candidate experience from first contact through to placement.
- Share market insights and feedback with clients and internal client services teams, contributing to strategic delivery discussions.
- Opportunity to represent Talent Evolution Group in client-facing meetings as required.
- Maintain accurate data and reporting through our internal ATS and ensure quality across all recruitment processes.
- Demonstrate Cpl core values and best practices at all times: Communicate with Impact, Lead and Deliver Results, Be Client & Candidate Centric & Commercially Aware, Collaborate & Contribute, Problem Solve & Innovate Creatively, and Drive Continuous Development of Self & Others.

Requirements for this role

- 1-2 years of experience in recruitment/talent delivery, ideally within commercial or financial services recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for commercial and financial services positions.
- Solid sourcing expertise with the ability to identify, engage and manage talent pools.
- Strong motivation and drive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Understanding of RPO models and working within client delivery structures.
- Excellent attention to detail and a data-driven approach to recruitment delivery.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and connect with candidates and stakeholders.
- Collaborative team player with a track record of meeting delivery SLAs and KPIs.
- Potential and interest in developing client-facing skills, such as attending role briefings or providing market insights.
- Flexibility to work onsite with clients if required.
