Job Opportunity: Brand Affiliate Manager (Part-Time, 20 hrs/week) Location: Remote (working hours 10:00 am - 2:00 pm) Contract:Initial 3-month trial, with review and scope adjustment after month 3 Were looking for a Brand Affiliate Manager to drive influencer partnerships, social growth, PR visibility, and TikTok Shop activation for our womens health brand. If youre highly organised, creative, and results-driven, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities & KPIs Influencer Marketing & Video Assets Secure 45 new partnerships per month. Deliver 810 usable influencer videos monthly, with rights for ongoing Meta ad use. Track collaboration spend Organic Social Growth Create & publish 1620 posts monthly across Instagram & Facebook (avg. 45/week). Support daily community engagement (DMs, reshares, interactions). Drive +1,000 new followers/month and boost engagement (competitions, polls, saves, etc.). PR & Online Discoverability Secure 45 monthly online articles/mentions in health, lifestyle & wellness outlets (prioritising backlinks). Pursue relevantproduct award applications. TikTok / TikTok Shop Support TikTok Shop setup & management. Source creators and upload shop-able content. Monitor TikTok Affiliate applications. Create an organic marketing strategy. Asset Organisation Maintain an organised shared Drive for influencer assets and content (labelled by month, rights, creator). Reporting & Insights Prepare a monthly KPI report covering: Partnerships secured & influencer results Social growth & engagement PR coverage & backlinks TikTok Shop progress Provideclear recommendationsfor the following month. Ideal Candidate Profile At least one years experience in influencer marketing & affiliate management. Strong grasp of social media trends (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok,YouTube and Pinterest). Excellent organisation & asset management skills. Data-driven, with confidence in reporting insights and suggesting improvements. Creative flair for content planning, community building, and engagement ideas. Requirements: Proven experience in affiliate or performance marketing Strong understanding of affiliate platforms and tracking tools Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret analytics Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Familiarity with digital marketing channels (SEO, email, PPC) is a plus [Optional] Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field Nice to Have: Existing network of affiliates/influencers Experience in [industry-specific area, e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, health & wellness] Copywriting or content creation background What We Offer: Flexible working hours Competitive part-time pay (hourly or retainer-based) Remote work opportunity Growth potential as the program scales Collaborative and supportive team culture This is a chance to play a key role in growing a leading womens health brand, working closely with a collaborative team.
