You will lead the delivery of commercial HVAC installation projects nationwide, managing client relationships, coordinating teams and subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
We are seeking a Project Manager to support the Senior Project Manager and the Service Team in delivering high-quality HVAC project solutions to clients nationwide for Sirus Aircon. This role is key to ensuring projects are delivered safely on time, within budget, and to the highest standards — while supporting both operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of commercial HVAC installation projects across various markets, ensuring professionalism in all client, architect, and engineer interactions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring clear communication of project scope, deliverables, and expectations to support customer satisfaction.
Foster effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
Ensure that opportunities and works are accurately scoped, priced, planned, and executed to support revenue growth and profitability targets.
Attend and contribute to client project meetings, providing updates and technical input to support alignment and delivery.
Manage all phases of project delivery: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and close-out — maintaining accountability for quality, timelines, and outcomes.
Provide leadership to project teams, including troubleshooting issues, managing risks, and coordinating resources to achieve successful delivery.
Collaborate with the Service Desk and Group Service Managers to ensure smooth handover and transition of completed works.
Deliver projects on time and on budget, meeting or exceeding expectations of all stakeholders.
Proactively identify and manage risks — including technical, statutory, health & safety, and commercial — throughout each project.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety standards for both internal teams and subcontractors.
Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring job site safety is prioritised at all times.
Build strong working relationships with subcontractors and preferred suppliers to ensure cost-effective, high-quality project outcomes while managing risk.
Work collaboratively with other Sirus teams (HVAC, BMS, or mixed-trade) to ensure integrated project delivery.
Develop and maintain accurate financial project plans, including forecasting revenue, cost, and profit, in coordination with the PMO and standardised company processes.
Monitor project costs and maintain accurate financial reporting throughout the lifecycle of each project.
Drive financial performance by managing budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities, and ensuring effective procurement of materials and subcontracted services
Oversee procurement and purchasing of materials and equipment, including negotiation with suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors.
Provide regular communication and visibility of project progression from inception to completion.
Actively promote Sirus Aircon’s services and capabilities to support wider group growth and client development.
Where required, support the pre-construction/sales process by contributing to technical solution development, participating in presentations, and attending client consultation meetings.
Requirements Relevant qualification in Engineering, Building Services, or Project Management (or equivalent).
Proven experience in project management within building services, ideally HVAC, Mechanical or electrical preferred.
Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated client-facing capabilities and stakeholder management experience.
Solid understanding of HVAC systems and good working knowledge of automation, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing installations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools — especially Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong analytical and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.

Remuneration & Conditions This role is based out of our Dublin office (Ballymount/Citywest), with travel to client sites nationwide as required.

Salary commensurate on experience
Annual bonus dependant on individual and company performance
