Overview This role is for a growing business seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and optimise its supply chain, warehousing, logistics, and delivery functions. This pivotal role will ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations, aligning with the company’s growth ambitions while maintaining high standards of efficiency, cost control, and compliance. You will play a key part in driving operational improvements, building high-performing teams, and supporting the delivery of large-scale projects.

Key Responsibilities Manage daily operations across procurement, warehousing, logistics, and order fulfilment .
Oversee project scheduling to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and cost savings .
Coordinate closely with technical, finance, sales, and design teams .
Manage company vehicles, tooling, equipment , and resources.
Develop and enforce SOPs to ensure operational consistency.
Lead the company’s Health & Safety plan , ensuring compliance and continuous improvement.
Develop and monitor KPIs across operations teams.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team .
Ensure compliance with ISO, H&S, and industry standards .
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
Support tenders and large project bids with operational planning .
Align operational capacity with business growth and strategy .
Key Skills & Experience Strong background in construction or engineering supply chain and logistics management .
Proven track record in operational efficiency and Lean principles .
Opex budgeting, cost control, and resource planning .
Familiarity with ERP systems and operational planning tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and risk management experience.
Excellent leadership, team management, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Package Base salary in the region of €100,000
