Overview Performance Operations Manager for Ireland at ODEON Cinemas Group. Lead the business across Ireland, driving guest experiences and commercial performance with a people-first approach. This is a fixed-term contract for up to 12 months.
Key priorities Leadership: Motivate, mentor, and manage cinema teams to be their best selves every day.
Talent & Development: Ensure a healthy and inclusive talent pipeline across Ireland and Northern Ireland, with clear succession planning and a focus on people development.
Commercial Success: Drive revenue, optimise costs, and spot opportunities to grow the business.
Guest Experience: Ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
Operational Excellence: Maintain health & safety, scheduling, and standards to keep things running like clockwork.
Who we are looking for Has proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, guest-focused multi-site environment.
Understands the Irish market and ideally has experience influencing within a UK headquartered business.
Balances commercial savvy with a people-first mindset.
Is a proven decision-maker, problem-solver, and team-builder.
Brings collaborative ways of working and excellent interpersonal skills to engage across stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Is ready to travel across our Irish locations and make a real impact.
