We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Procurement & Supply Chain for a senior leadership role with significant visibility across the organisation, responsible for shaping procurement strategy, driving supplier relationships, and delivering long‑term value.
Key Responsibilities Develop and execute a procurement strategy aligned with organisational goals.
Lead negotiations and supplier relationship management to optimise cost, quality, and service.
Build and mentor a high‑performing procurement team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Drive process improvements, risk management, and compliance across the supply chain.
Partner with senior leadership to influence strategic decision‑making and deliver measurable impact.
About You Proven track record in procurement leadership roles, managing complex supplier ecosystems.
Strong background in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands‑on execution in a fast‑paced environment.
Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and value creation.
Experience within healthcare would be highly advantageous.
