To operate floor polisher and have working knowledge of computers To provide room service to Guests in accordance with Hotel Policies. To serve the late bar for residents. To clean and ensure the lobby and surround areas where Guest are, are left clean and tify To ensure back of house areas, including kitchen area where night porter prepare food is left clean. To answer the calls on Reception where possible. Write any Health/safety or maintenance faults in the book at Reception To be vigilant at all times and report any suspicious security matters or intruders on the premises. To carry out fire walks during your shift and sign logs. Remove blockages To set-up rooms as directed by the Duty manager or assist other department with preparation for the following day. To maintain open communication line with Staff & Guests To be environmentally friendly and cost aware. To carry out additional duties as requested by the Night Manager / Duty manager
