As a Night Porter, you will be the primary point of contact for guests overnight, ensuring a seamless stay while maintaining the security and cleanliness of the hotel. Key Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for the safety and security of the hotel and its guests during the night shift.
  • Provide a warm and professional welcome to late arrivals and assist with check-ins and check-outs.
  • Handle guest requests efficiently, including luggage assistance and concierge services.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness in all areas of the hotel.
  • Set up function rooms and the breakfast area as per the nightly checklist.
  • Ensure the hotel entrance and exterior are clean and well-presented at all times.
  • Stay fully trained and prepared in fire safety and emergency procedures to protect guests and staff.
  • Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Work flexibly, adapting to different shift patterns as needed.
  • Uphold data protection and confidentiality policies at all times.
  • Report any safety hazards, near misses, or incidents immediately.


What We're Looking For

  • A background in hospitality or facilities management is preferred.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar role in a fast-paced hotel environment.
  • Strong IT proficiency and ability to handle booking systems.
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
  • A proactive, self-motivated individual with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while following company policies and procedures.
