The role is Person in Charge based in Meath and the hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The overall aim of this role is to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to the service users and to empower persons with a disability to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering their independent living skills

Qualifications

- A Nursing Degree. (Be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be entitled to be so registered)
- OR
- Hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or have CORU registration
- AND
- Have a minimum three year’s Managerial Experience within the Health Sector.
- Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
