Cpl Healthcare is accepting CVs from experienced Social Care Professionals who wish to take their career to the next level

The role is Person in Charge based in Meath and the hours would be Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.

The overall aim of this role is to ensure the highest quality standard of care is delivered to the service users and to ensure persons with a disability are empowered to achieve their short- and long-term goals while mastering their independent living skills

The ideal candidate will have:

- A Nursing Degree. (Be registered in the relevant Division of the Live Register of Nurses maintained by Nursing & Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI) or be entitled to be so registered)

OR

- Hold a Level 8 Degree in Social Care or have CORU registration

AND

- Have a minimum three year's Managerial Experience within the Health Sector.
- Hold a recognised Managerial Qualification (minimum level 6 on the National Framework of Qualifications).
- Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
