Our client works in the construction and events industry and is looking for a hands-on Office Administrator to join their busy team in Navan.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety, can work well on their own initiative, and likes to keep things organised and running smoothly.
Hours of work: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Salary & Benefits:
€40,000 DOE

Duties:
Taking customer orders and helping arrange deliveries and collections
Keeping stock and equipment records up to date
Talking to customers and suppliers by phone and email
Keeping the office paperwork and systems organised
Looking after vehicle records
Keeping track of staff holidays, training, and general HR records
Creating and sending invoices, tracking payments
Organising bills, receipts, and staff expenses
Helping with bank accounts, VAT returns, and payroll
Supporting the team and helping improve how the office runs
Skills:
5+ years of office or admin experience
Someone who can work well on their own and is good at solving problems
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Friendly and confident when speaking with customers and suppliers
Experience using accounts software like Xero is a bonus
Good with time management and attention to detail
Experience in construction or events is a bonus
Full driving licence and your own transport
