Senior Office Administrator
We are currently hiring for an experienced hands-on Office Administrator on behalf of our client who is in the construction and events industry based in Navan, Co.Meath This is an excellent opportunity to join a busy team and be apart of a diverse role.
Salary & Benefits:
€40,000 DOE
Location – Navan
Hours - 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
Remote working available once trained
Key Responsibilities:
Taking customer orders and helping arrange deliveries and collections
Keeping stock and equipment records up to date
Talking to customers and suppliers by phone and email
Keeping the office paperwork and systems organised
Looking after vehicle records
Keeping track of staff holidays, training, and general HR records
Creating and sending invoices, tracking payments
Organising bills, receipts, and staff expenses
Helping with bank accounts, VAT returns, and payroll
Supporting the team and helping improve how the office runs
Key Requirements:
5 years experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience using accounts software like Xero is desirable
Good with time management and strong attention to detail
Full driving licence and your own transport is required
