Accounts Administrator
We are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client, a well-established company in the construction and events industry, who are seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Administrator to join their busy team in Navan. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy working on your own initiative.
Salary & Benefits:
€40,000 DOE
Training and support when you start
Hybrid work options once you are fully trained in
Duties:
Manage customer orders, deliveries, and collections
Maintain accurate stock, equipment, and vehicle records
Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers via phone and email
Organise office paperwork, systems, and administrative processes
Oversee staff records, including holidays, training, and HR documentation
Prepare invoices, track payments, and manage expenses
Assist with financial tasks such as bank accounts, VAT returns, and payroll
Support the team and contribute to improving office efficiency
Skills:
3+ years’ experience in a similar role
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Confident and professional when dealing with customers and suppliers
Excellent time management and attention to detail
Experience with accounts software (e.g., Xero) is an advantage
Full driving licence and access to own transport is essential.
