We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused graduate to join our team as a Customer Support Graduate. In this role, you will work on rotation by assisting clients in deploying and using HRLocker’s HR software. You will also work with our support team to provide top-notch support and ensure a seamless user experience. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work with our account management team to ensure our clients receive the best support while using our product. Overall, this programme offers individuals the chance to work across three departments, providing a well-rounded experience to the lucky candidate. This is an excellent opportunity for a graduate to develop their skills in customer service, technical support, and HR technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Support: Provide first-line support to customers via Hubspot, chat, and email, resolving queries and issues efficiently.
2. Log and track customer interactions using our CRM tools to ensure timely resolution.
3. Onboarding & Deployment: Assist new customers in setting up and configuring their HRLocker accounts, ensuring successful deployment.
4. Conduct virtual training sessions and demonstrations to familiarize customers with the platform's features.
5. Troubleshooting: Identify, investigate, and resolve technical issues, escalating complex problems to the technical team when necessary.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure prompt resolution and continuous product improvement.
7. Customer Success: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive solutions.
8. Monitor customer satisfaction and provide feedback to help improve the overall customer experience.
9. Product Expertise: Stay updated on HRLocker’s features, updates, and best practices to provide informed support.
10. Assist in creating and updating customer support documentation, FAQs, and tutorials.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Education: Recent graduate in a relevant field (e.g., Business, HR, IT, or Communications).
2. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
3. Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using and learning new software applications. Basic understanding of SaaS products is a plus.
4. Customer-Centric: Strong problem-solving skills with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
5. Adaptability: Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
6. Team Player: Collaborative attitude with a willingness to support team goals and initiatives.
