SENIOR BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYST
THE ROLE
This role will support publishing, reporting, and AI enablement within a systems-focused team. This role combines system process design, scalable reporting, and stakeholder support to improve documentation workflows and integrate AI outputs into business systems. The analyst will collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, streamline processes, and ensure system integrity across platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate within a systems team to support cross-functional initiatives that enhance documentation systems, reporting frameworks, and AI-enabled processes.

Support publishing on Fluid Topics by designing, testing, and documenting publishing flows, ensuring governance, version control, and content integrity across business-critical assets.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable reporting solutions improving operational transparency and stakeholder alignment.

Support existing AI initiatives by integrating outputs into documentation and reporting systems, contributing to automation, predictive analytics, and intelligent decision support.

Identify opportunities to streamline business processes through automation and structured reporting, reducing manual effort and improving data accuracy.

Provide direct support to stakeholders by troubleshooting system issues, resolving documentation and reporting errors, and ensuring timely follow-up on technical problems.

Promote a systems-oriented culture by sharing best practices in documentation governance, reporting design, and AI enablement across the team.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 2 years of experience in business systems analysis, documentation systems, or report development.

Proficiency in Fluid Topics, Jira, DITA/CCMS, Python, and/or CSS is preferred.

Familiarity with AI workflows and ability to support integration of AI outputs into business systems.

Strong understanding of systems analysis principles and experience working with enterprise documentation and reporting pipelines.

Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) and integrating structured data into dashboards and reports.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into actionable insights for cross-functional stakeholders.

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a systems team and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in documentation, reporting, and AI enablement.

ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline; or equivalent work experience.
