Exciting opportunity to join the Irish entity of a large international bank, growing its Fixed Income & Derivative Sales team in Dublin 2. This position can be filled at a range of different levels depending on experience and would suit German Speaking professionals with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role. Good knowledge of G10 fixed income and derivative products is essential, along with experience dealing with large corporate, institutional and financial clients. This is a Dublin-based onsite opportunity, offering a competitive and comprehensive remuneration package.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with large corporate, institutional, and financial clients, providing tailored solutions in fixed income and derivative products.
- Drive sales and client engagement by identifying opportunities, presenting strategies, and delivering comprehensive product information.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client transactions and maintain high service standards.
- Monitor market trends, assess client portfolios, and provide strategic advice to maximize investment returns.
- Manage compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, ensuring risk management best practices.
- Contribute to team growth and development through knowledge sharing and support of broader sales initiatives.

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree or higher, and a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within G10 fixed income and derivatives sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of fixed income and derivative products, including market dynamics and financial instruments.
- Fluency in German and English (spoken and written) and excellent communication skills.
- Proven track record in managing relationships with corporate, institutional, and financial clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a focus on client success.
- Must be based in Dublin or willing to relocate for an onsite role.
- A keen interest in financial markets and a minimum of one year’s relevant experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and inter-personal skills.
- Proficient technical skills, excellent attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
