You will be responsible for implementing, improving, and maintaining our employment-related compliance program across PEX. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to align expectations and decision-making, to identify compliance obligations, and to strategize on compliance practices – keeping in mind our existing operations and industry best practices – while seeking to drive global consistency where possible.

- Partner, consult, and advise cross-functional teams on compliance requirements, deadlines, policy changes, audits, and reporting.

- Work as a subject matter expert with our internal functions, relevant committees, and teams on regulatory, risk, and compliance matters including participation with internal and external audits.

- Interpret and apply understanding of global company policies and practices, employment law, and other regulations to provide guidance, or clarification for HR compliance matters.

- Stay abreast of global and local laws/regulations that might affect the organization’s policies, practices, and procedures in markets in which we operate.

- Design and develop various employee-facing and HR compliance-related policies and processes.

- Create and manage the preparation and delivery of compliance-based communications and training for PEX.

Minimum Qualifications/Critical Competencies

- Possess a deep respect and passion for employment compliance and ethics.

- Demonstrated understanding of people policies, practices, and legal regulations.

- Self-starter and able to work independently with limited guidance to create structure and develop operational concepts.

- Process-oriented, with attention to detail and ability to exercise critical judgment.

- Outstanding communication and presentation skills at all levels, including senior leaders.

- Excellent organizational, project, and program management skills.

- Demonstrated ability to develop cross-functional relationships to help drive results.

- Customer-service oriented approach to problem solving and gathering feedback to determine continuous improvements.
