Our client is seeking a visionary leader to direct engineering strategy and execution across an aseptic fill-finish site.

Your objectives:
As the Site Engineering Director, you will be measured against the following objectives:
Drive safety, compliance, and financial performance across engineering functions.
Deliver capital and strategic engineering projects on time, in budget, and aligned to site goals.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing engineering team across multiple disciplines.
What you will do:
As the Site Engineering Director, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Lead the site’s Engineering, Maintenance, Automation, Site Services, and Capital Projects functions.
Ensure all engineering systems and equipment are designed and qualified for aseptic operations.
Deliver capital projects aligned with the site's long-range strategic and operational plans.
Maintain a compliant and reliable infrastructure through strong maintenance and qualification programs.
Partner with senior site leadership to align engineering priorities with business imperatives.
What you will bring:
These are the skills and experience you will need to succeed as the Site Engineering Director:
10+ years of Engineering and/or Operations experience in life sciences manufacturing.
Demonstrated leadership of cross-functional and diverse engineering teams.
Experience in biologics, small or large molecule, parenteral, API, or finishing/packaging environments.
Strong knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and engineering compliance in healthcare.
Proven project management capabilities in delivering complex capital projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering.
Master’s degree in a relevant discipline is an advantage.
