I’m currently hiring for a passionate and driven Business Development Representative to join a rapidly growing SaaS company based in Dublin — offering a competitive €67K OTE.

The Company Join a fast-growing global leader in marketing automation and customer data platforms, powering personalized experiences for some of the world’s most recognized e-commerce brands. You'll be part of a dynamic team driving innovation in customer engagement — all from the vibrant heart of Dublin, with 3 days a week onsite and 2 days remote for optimal flexibility.
Your Main Responsibilities Identify and research high-potential companies to target for outreach
Collaborate closely with experienced SMB Account Executives to design and execute effective prospecting strategies that drive pipeline growth
Craft, test, and refine messaging across various channels, industries, and buyer personas
Share insights, learnings, and best practices to help enhance outbound processes and support team-wide success
Your Required Skills and Experiences Bring 6–12 months of professional experience, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within the marketing technology space
Demonstrate a strong drive for continuous improvement and a commitment to high standards
Thrive on exceeding targets and are energized by achieving ambitious goals
Excel in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key
Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Are fluent in German, both written and spoken
