We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Trade Sales Consultant. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service. You'll support customers at the trade counter and over the phone, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations while helping to drive sales growth. Responsibilities Be the first point of contact for customers in store and on the phone Provide advice, product information, and accurate quotations to help customers find the right solutions Process orders and payments efficiently with attention to detail Keep customers informed on order progress, deliveries, and any updates Proactively promote products, highlight alternatives, and maximise sales opportunities Assist with stock control, deliveries, and maintaining high standards across the branch Stay up to date with product ranges, promotions, and branch targets Follow all health and safety guidelines, ensuring a safe working environment Skills & Experience Previous experience in a customer-facing role Strong communication skills with a passion for excellent customer service A proactive, flexible approach and willingness to support the wider team Comfortable using computer systems for sales and administration Benefits Performance-related bonus scheme Pension scheme with employer contribution Life cover and staff discount scheme Ongoing training, development, and educational support Skills: Sales Communication Client Management Benefits: Great Benefits Package
