ProSource are recruiting a Finishing Supervisor on behalf of their client who are a well renowned Main Building Contractor. The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of internal finishes and fit-out on site, ensuring that works are completed to the highest quality and delivered on programme. The role involves close coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to achieve a snag-free handover. Your main duties will include, but not be limited to; Supervise and coordinate finishing trades, including joinery, drylining, ceilings, flooring, painting, and M&E final fix. Ensure works are carried out in line with project drawings, specifications, and quality standards. Monitor progress of finishing works and report to the Site Manager/Finishing Manager. Inspect workmanship and manage snagging/defects lists through to completion. Maintain high standards of presentation and detail, with a focus on client satisfaction. Enforce health & safety compliance and promote safe working practices. Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and the project team to resolve finishing-related issues. Assist in planning and sequencing finishing works to meet deadlines and handover dates. To be successful in your application you will possess the following; Minimum 5 years in a finishing supervisor/foreman role on large-scale construction projects. Strong understanding of finishing trades, building regulations, and quality benchmarks. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to coordinate multiple trades. Ability to identify and resolve quality issues and ensure snag-free delivery. Package Competitive salary and benefits in line with experience.
