Job Summary / Overview
As a valued member of the Workforce Management team, you will play a key role as a WFM Analyst/SME, working closely with planning, forecasting workloads (short, mid, and long-term), scheduling, and providing insights to the business. You will collaborate with the wider WFM team to meet internal and client stakeholder resourcing requirements.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities (may perform other duties as requested)
- Deep knowledge of capacity planning and scheduling, with hands-on experience in WFM tools preferred (e.g., Anaplan, Tableau). Relevant training will be provided.
- Maintain headcount reports, track trends, monitor performance, and produce short- and mid-term FTE projections to support forecasting accuracy.
- Optimize resources to improve financial efficiencies.
- Coordinate with RTA & MIS teams to adjust for capacity changes and review real-time trends and deviations.
- Perform scenario planning to best utilize resources, and work with Operations on shift planning to meet client KPIs and SLAs.
- Create and maintain reports and templates for operational and financial analysis, and present weekly reviews with stakeholders.
- Utilize data from WFM tools and MI to analyze workload and improve operational performance.
Additional responsibilities include managing onboarding processes, invoicing, training POCs on Anaplan, collaborating with finance, managing compliance and penalty processes, reporting attrition and absenteeism, building operational reports, scheduling, and uploading schedules into client tools.
Main Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience with Workforce Management tools.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and Power BI, and willingness to learn new tools.
- Experience with Omnichannel operations.
Required Skills
- Analytical and technical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Knowledge of workforce planning software, specifically IEX.
