Why this role
Come into recruitment using your Business Development skills for 6 months working as a BDR and also expand your horizons: move from pitching a product now to finding customers who need to solve business problems through talent. You will get world-class training through a structured programme led by our leadership team toward becoming a recruitment consultant - everything from the 30 steps in recruitment to selection best practices to advertising.
Merit-based earnings: €28,000–€33,000 base + uncapped commission with accelerators for over-performance.
What you’ll do
Discovery : research and find target companies and business contacts using LinkedIn, Lusha and more
Map the market: Use LinkedIn, our CRM (Bullhorn), industry news and communities to identify projects, decision-makers and demand signals.
Create opportunities: Run targeted outbound campaigns to new and existing clients and advise on solutions.
Collaborate to win: Partner with Marketing and Client Services on campaigns and with senior consultants on key accounts.
You are
~1 year in a BDR/SDR role (or similar outbound sales) with a track record of prospecting, qualifying and booking meetings.
Consultative by nature: You ask smart questions, listen deeply, and translate business problems into clear solutions.
Process-driven: Comfortable with structured outreach, pipeline hygiene, and data-led decision-making.
Commercial & resilient: You like targets, learn from feedback, and keep momentum.
Excellent communicator: Clear written & verbal skills; confident on the phone and video.
Eligible to work in Ireland and available to come to work in Dublin office 2 days a week.
