This is a unique opportunity for an experienced hospitality professional to play a pivotal role in driving revenue, enhancing brand presence, and leading a dynamic team in a standard-driven, luxury setting. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to grow market share and meet revenue targets. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional client engagement. Identify and secure new business opportunities across leisure, corporate, and event sectors. Oversee digital marketing, social media, and online brand visibility. Collaborate with revenue and operations teams to optimise pricing and distribution strategies. Analyse competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic decisions. Represent the hotel at industry events and networking functions. Report on sales performance, forecasting, and promotional ROI. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Sales & Marketing Manager in a 4-star or similar hotel. Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and strategic thinking. Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and market analysis. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Passionate about hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences.
