Link Personnel are hiring a Family Law Solicitor on behalf of our client, a respected mid-size law firm with a long-standing reputation for providing high-quality, client-focused legal services. Their Family Law department is known for handling sensitive and complex matters with discretion, empathy, and professionalism. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a talented and experienced Family Law Solicitor to join their team.

Excellent Salary depending on experience level.

The Role:

The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload across all areas of family and matrimonial law. This is a key role within a growing team, offering the opportunity to take on significant responsibility and work closely with both private clients and professional colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

Advising clients on a wide range of family law matters, including separation, divorce, custody and access, maintenance, domestic violence, and cohabitation disputes

Representing clients in District, Circuit, and High Court proceedings

Drafting pleadings, affidavits, and legal submissions

Engaging in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate

Managing sensitive cases with empathy and discretion

Contributing to the development and mentoring of junior team members

Supporting business development and maintaining client relationships

Requirements:

Qualified solicitor with 5+ Yrs PQE in family law

Strong litigation experience, ideally in both private and public law family matters

Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload

A client-focused approach with emotional intelligence and professional sensitivity

Team-oriented with a willingness to contribute to firm-wide initiatives
