Job Title: Family Law Solicitor

We are seeking an experienced and qualified Family Law Solicitor to join our team in Dublin, Ireland. This role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of family law cases, including District, Circuit, and High Court proceedings.

About the Role:

  • Manage a varied caseload across all areas of family and matrimonial law
  • Represent clients in court proceedings
  • Draft legal documents, such as pleadings and affidavits
  • Engage in negotiation and alternative dispute resolution where appropriate
  • Manage sensitive cases with empathy and discretion
  • Contribute to the development and mentoring of junior team members
  • Support business development and maintain client relationships

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with 5+ years post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law
  • Strong litigation experience, ideally in both private and public law family matters
  • Excellent communication, advocacy, and negotiation skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy caseload
  • A client-focused approach with emotional intelligence and professional sensitivity
  • Team-oriented with a willingness to contribute to firm-wide initiatives
