Family Law Specialist Wanted

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Specialist to join our team. As a seasoned solicitor with at least 3 years' post-qualification experience, you will be responsible for advising clients in family law matters, including divorce, separation, financial arrangements, child custody, cohabitation agreements, and prenuptial agreements.

About the Role:

  • Advise clients on family law issues, providing expert guidance and support throughout the process.
  • Represent clients in court proceedings, advocating their interests and rights.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of complex legal cases, identifying key issues and developing effective strategies.
  • Collaborate with other professionals, such as barristers, accountants, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive client care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, case progress, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Irish qualified lawyer with significant experience in family law.
  • Minimum 3 years' PQE in family law, with a strong track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop innovative solutions.
  • Proficient in using relevant software and technology to manage cases, communicate with clients, and maintain records.
