Mayo. This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate culinary professional eager to develop their skills within a high-standard kitchen environment renowned for quality and creativity. As Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that meet the hotel's exacting standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional food quality. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook dishes in your designated kitchen section to the highest standard. Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of food. Assist with menu planning and development as required. Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times. Support junior kitchen staff and work as part of a cohesive team. Manage stock levels and assist with inventory control. Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods. Requirements Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role within a 4* or 5* hotel or restaurant. Good knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and public holidays. Must be currently living in Ireland and have the right to work in the Republic of Ireland (ROI). Visa or relocation packages are not provided.
