Hybrid: Yes - 3 days in the office
Compensation: €70-75k basic
ACCPRO are working with a leading multinational IT services company to recruit a Procurement Manager. This is an excellent broad ranging role with scope across the Irish business. You/'ll manage a small team and report into the Head of Procurement for Ireland/UK.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies
Manage the end-to-end procurement process
Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
Negotiate favorable terms, conditions, and pricing with suppliers
Understand internal department procurement needs
Monitor market trends and industry best practices
Manage supplier relationships
Provide mentorship and guidance to procurement team members
Manage procurement-related documentation and records
Requirements Proven experience in a procurement management role, preferably within IT or Security
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Team leadership experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
In-depth knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management, and supply chain principles.
Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel
