Job Description;

Flexsource are currently recruiting an exciting new role for our Client, a Global Leader in Supply Chain, Logistics and Distribution, Specialized in Fuel Industry based in Dublin Port.

My Client requires a Transport Clerk to join their team to looking after day-to-day operation.

Key Responsibilities;

- Assign Driver Vehicle and Paperwork
- Check Driver Tacho and working hours
- Check Return Documentation
- Follow up on Delivery Issues
- Check out vehicles keys and assign loading / unloading locations
- Ad hoc duties as required

Key Requirements;

- High Attention to detail
- Good organizational skills
- Ideally previous Transport Office Experience
- Good Communication Skills
- Microsoft Office Experience ( Word, Excel etc )
- Manual handling is an advantage but training can be provided

Hours;

- The shift rotates every two weeks:

- Week 1 – Monday / Friday / Saturday / Sunday 07:00 - 17:00 (10 hours shifts)

- Week 2 – Tuesday / Wednesday / Thursday / Friday 10:00 - 20:00 (10 hours shifts)

Pay;

- €16.56 per hour
- €19.87 Sunday rate
